We have eaten at this restaurant 4 times since they have opened. Different days of the week, at different times of the day. Every time the servers were attentive, polite, and the food is outstanding. We love Mediterranean food and we were delighted that this restaurant offered something other than Kabobs. From the Hummus with vegetables, stuffed grape leaves, and dinner entrees (with chicken), I loved them all. Reasonably priced and the food is fresh & tasty. I visited Aladdin Restaurant and Cafe one week after they opened. It was very impressive for a newly established business, but it turns out that the owner is the same owner of what used to be Friends Cafe and Hookah Lounge in Florence, KY and the cook is the same cook of what used to be Taz Restaurant in Mason, OH. we made a VIP reservation ahead of time so, that helped a lot to get in quickly and were took to the 2nd floor without any trouble. Friday seems to be a “slower night” than Saturdays. I wish for better enforcing the “guys attire”; ladies seem to remember what “clubbing attire” really means. I like Lunar. It’s not my scene and I’m not into clubbing, but I like that it’s here in Cincinnati. I like that it’s a local independently owned business that’s not part of a chain and is not in other places. This is the only Lunar there is. Again, yes, it’s a club. It’s mood-lit, it gets louder as the night goes on, the drinks can be expensive and yes, there are roped off and guarded sections for VIPs.
